The diagram shows the result from the doctoral research project of 2016. Focus was then on the pastors in active service experiencing the most severe problems. 

NOW, 2024, the project continues with a follow-up among the participants of 2016 with the changed focus on those participants that experienced the lowest level of problems in their
pastoral work.
